    Can we choose a different Apex fundraiser than last year?

    Yes, absolutely! In fact, so many of our school families love doing exactly this. Switching up your event format is a fantastic way to keep the excitement fresh for returning students, while our core leadership curriculum stays as the strong anchor your school loves. Plus, we introduce a brand-new theme every single year, meaning even if you repeat your favorite program, it will feel completely new and exciting for the kids!

    How long does an Apex fundraiser take from start to finish?

    Just two wonderful weeks from our kickoff pep rally to the big event day! During that time, our enthusiastic Apex team takes the heavy lifting off your plate, support your campus, and deliver our daily leadership lessons. It all culminates in an unforgettable, stress-free event day for your campus at the end of the two weeks!

    What if our school has limited space or unpredictable weather?

    Not a problem at all! We are super flexible. While our Fun Run and Obstacle Course thrive in outdoor spaces, our Glow Run and Remix programs are specifically designed to shine indoors! This makes them a brilliant, worry-free option for schools that might be short on field space or dealing with unpredictable rainy seasons. We’ve got you covered either way!
