A per-lap pledge means you give a set amount for every lap your student finishes.  A simple donation is a flat amount, no matter how many laps they run. Both help your school just the same.

You can fix it yourself on the "My Pledges" page. Name, email, and phone are all editable there. Two things to know: credit card pledges can't be edited, and all pledges lock at midnight each night.

If you have your student's access code, head to "My Pledges" and edit the duplicate down to $0. No code handy? Contact us and we'll take care of it for you.

Log in to your student's page and check whether the pledge is listed. If it's there, you're all set and the email just went astray. If it isn't there, we never received it, so please enter it again.

Nothing until after the event. Once your student runs, we charge the card based on laps completed and your receipt arrives right away.

Card payments generate a receipt right after the event. Need another copy? Contact us any time and we'll resend it.

Yes please! The more families the better. Check with your school office for the schedule and where to stand.
