“Dear Apex, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways… Apex impressed me from our very first planning meetings. Having done a Fun Run annually with a different company in the past, we came in with a clear idea of how we like to run things already. Despite the fact that Apex had never done some of them before (primarily counting by minutes rather than by laps), they were immediately onboard to try it out. I figured I would have to remind me a few times as they sunk into their regular standards, but I was wrong. They never once forgot, and every single letter, social media post, and website was updated to match our program. That was my first clue that this was a company who would bend over backwards to make our program a success. And they absolutely did. From a school’s point of view, they made it easy on us. The most difficult piece (of course) is just figuring out a schedule for their on-campus activities, and despite our failings (schedules change in an instant here, despite our best efforts), our Apex team was gracious, upbeat, and willing to go with the flow to make sure no child was left out of any daily lesson. When issues came up, they helped brainstorm fixes. When they had a spare moment, they spent it with the students. We could not have asked for a better team or program, and we cannot wait to partner up again next year.”
