Before You Bring It to a Vote
Straight answers to the questions that come up at every PTA meeting. Anything we missed, your local Apex team can answer on the call.
How many volunteer hours does Apex need from our PTA?
Event day only. Parents mark laps for students while they run. Kickoff, daily lessons, pledging, and wrap-up are handled by the Apex team.
What does it cost the school?
Our pricing page explains how it works, and your local team walks you through the numbers for your school on the call.
What happens after I book a call?
Your request is sent to the local Apex owner in your area, who reaches back based on availability. Fall and spring calendars fill quickly, so earlier is better.
Does it have to be a fun run?
No. Schools choose from the Fun Run, Obstacle Course, Glow Run, and Remix dance party, plus newer formats your local team can walk you through.
Which grades is Apex built for?
K-8. Elementary programs and a dedicated middle school program, each with age-appropriate lessons and events.
